Deloitte is committed to providing an event environment that meets or exceeds current CDC health and safety recommendations. We are asking all employees and guests to do their part by adhering to COVID-19 guidelines listed below.
- Adhere to current CDC, state, local and venue guidelines related to COVID-19. Refer to your event website for more detail.
- Be observant of all event signage displayed and follow instructions.
- Sanitize or wash hands often throughout the day.
- Deloitte facility: Deloitte policy expects all guests (Deloitte employees, clients and external guests) to be fully-vaccinated (two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine) prior to attending an event or program.
Non Deloitte venue: Deloitte hosted events with more than 100 attendees will expect all guests (Deloitte employees, clients and external guests) to be fully-vaccinated (two weeks after second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine) prior to attending an event or program.
Deloitte will continue to adhere to current CDC guidance and any state or local requirements.
- Depending on the event, Deloitte may require self-certification of vaccination status via the event registration form to confirm you are or will be fully vaccinated.
If I’m not vaccinated, but can provide a negative COVID-19 test or proof of antibodies, can I still register to attend a program?
- Deloitte will follow CDC and/or state and local guidance. Please refer to your event website for additional information.
- Masking and social distancing are not required for those who are fully vaccinated (two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine), where permitted by state/local law.
