What is Deloitte's mask policy?

• Masks are not required for those who are fully vaccinated* except where required by state, local and/or venue COVID-19 guidelines. In accordance with CDC guidelines, face masks are recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated.

What social distancing measures or policies should I be aware of?

• Fully vaccinated individuals can gather without social distancing, except where required by state, local, and venue COVID-19 guidelines. Guests not fully vaccinated should continue to maintain distance.

Do I need to test negative for COVID-19 before attending a Deloitte event?

• You do not have to submit a negative COVID test prior to your event. However, state and/or local laws may require you to affirm health statements on a health declaration form prior to your arrival at the event and every day you participate in the event.
  

Will my temperature be checked upon arrival at the Deloitte event registration desk?

• It will depend on the event venue and location. The hotel or restaurant may require a temperature check. There are some states that will require an affirmation of health which requires a self-declared temperature check. 

Will Deloitte have a contact tracing program?

• If you have come into close contact (as defined by the CDC) with anyone who has notified us that they tested positive for COVID-19 while at our event, you may be contacted by our team.

What is the vaccination policy?

• Deloitte facility: Deloitte policy expects all guests (Deloitte employees, clients and external guests) to be fully-vaccinated (two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine) prior to attending an event or program.

• Non Deloitte venue:  Deloitte hosted events with more than 100 attendees will expect all guests (Deloitte employees, clients and external guests) to be fully-vaccinated (two weeks after second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine) prior to attending an event or program.

• Deloitte will continue to adhere to current CDC guidance and any state or local requirements.

Do I need to show proof of vaccination?

• Depending on the event, Deloitte may require self-certification of vaccination status via the event registration form to confirm you are or will be fully vaccinated.

If I’m not vaccinated, but can provide a negative COVID-19 test or proof of antibodies, can I still register to attend a program?

• Masking, testing or proof of antibodies will not be considered a substitute for the vaccine.

Will I still be required to wear a mask?

• Deloitte will follow CDC and/or state and local guidance. Please refer to your event website for additional information.

What social distancing measures or policies should I be aware of?

• Masking and social distancing are not required for those who are fully vaccinated (two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine), where permitted by state/local law.
