The IPO Readiness workshop is an intensive, half-day workshop designed for the C-suite and accounting/finance leaders of pre-IPO companies. The workshop brings together some of the fastest-growing private companies for an event which aims to provide a deeper understanding of current market conditions and considerations for the IPO process.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of:
• State of the market
• Requirements for going public, such as SEC requirements, due diligence, and board structure
• Financial and process-related challenges
• Managing the IPO process from a legal perspective
• Managing the risks
• Perspectives from a peer who has recently taken a company public
