He is adept at shaping operating models and key roles to improve employee experience and productivity, and is a thought leader in organizational culture, learning, and talent development.
A former steward of the learning and development research practice for Bersin, David developed the team's work in continuous learning and learning cultures. He holds a master's degree in digital media from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on computer-aided distance learning, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University.
Kathi leads talent and workforce research for Bersin, Deloitte Consulting LLP, enabling organizations to transform work and the worker experience for increased organizational performance. With more than 20 years global human capital experience from management consulting with IBM, PwC and EY and as a talent management leader in large complex organizations, she specializes talent strategies, talent development and management, performance management, and change management. Kathi is passionate about helping organizations transition to the future of work. She holds a doctoral degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vienna, Austria.
