Sean joined Lockton in 2006 and is President and an Executive Committee member in the Southeast Series of Lockton Companies. Lockton is the largest privately held Insurance, Risk Management, and Employee Benefits Brokerage firm in the world.
Sean has spent more than 25 years managing merger and acquisition diligence and transactional strategies for some of the most active private equity firms in the U.S. His expertise in working through insurance structures and complex solutions associated with purchase agreements create great value for his clients and their deal teams.
In addition to Sean’s Private Equity related work, his daily tasks are focused on providing cost-effective insurance and employee benefit plan structures and portfolio solutions tailored to adding value while protecting companies from risk. Sean is also part of Lockton's Financial Products Practice based on his previous and current experience on Directors & Officers Liability for Public Companies, IPO's, Private Equity Partnership Liability, and Public REITS.
Sean earned his Masters in Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business. Sean also has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.

Based in Miami, Steven Blaser is a Senior Vice President with Deloitte Corporate Finance, LLC. Prior to joining DCF, Steven worked at McColl Partners, LLC. His transaction experience includes sell-side, buy-side, strategic advisory, ESOP, and private capital raising assignments for clients across the Industrials, Consumer, Business Services, Healthcare, and Technology industries. Steven currently primarily focuses on building infrastructure transactions, including building materials, engineering and construction, facility services, value-add warehousing and distribution, and contract manufacturing.
Steven is also a director on the ESOP Corporate Finance team, where he advises current and interested companies on a variety of topics related to employee owned companies.
Humberto Garcia-Salas is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Mid-Cap Investment Banking team, based out of Miami, Florida. Humberto covers the Southeast region with a primary focus on Florida as part of J.P. Morgan’s continued focus on the Mid-Cap market.
Humberto brings over 17 years of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience having worked with a wide range of clients including private and public companies, and private equity sponsors. Humberto has sector experience across multiple industries, including consumer, food & beverage, retail, general industrials, business services, TMT, and healthcare, among others.
Prior to re-joining J.P. Morgan in August of 2024, he spent nearly eight years at Greenhill & Co. where he was most recently a Managing Director in the M&A advisory group, and prior to that, spent six years at UBS Investment Bank and two years at Berenson & Co., all based out of NY. Humberto started his investment banking career in the M&A Group at J.P. Morgan in 2007.
Ken Wiggins serves as co-chair of Akerman’s M&A and Private Equity Practice. Ranked by Best Lawyers in America and The Legal 500, Ken represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and individuals in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture and growth capital investments, private placements of debt and equity securities, recapitalizations, executive employment agreements, and management equity plans. Ken also represents both insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance policies. In addition, Ken represents many companies with respect to all of their corporate transactions, and effectively serves as their outside general counsel.
Ken’s experience spans numerous sectors, including: automotive retail; plumbing; HVAC and industrial product distribution; IT; transportation; aerospace; and correctional services. His private equity experience includes advising numerous firms on a diverse range of acquisitions and dispositions and other corporate matters.
