With the most IPOs in two decades, an unprecedented number of SPAC merger and business combinations, and the continued emergence of the direct listing as an alternative path to liquidity, public exits enjoyed a banner year in 2021. Although the market has cooled considerably, many private companies are targeting a public exit as market conditions improve.
This workshop is co-hosted by Deloitte and WilmerHale and designed for C-Suite executives and accounting/finance leaders of companies contemplating a public exit.
Join us on Thursday, November 10, as leaders from organizations well-versed in the IPO, SPAC, and direct listing processes share market insights as we look towards 2023 transactions. Our day will start with a lunch/registration, and conclude with a reception, where you may network with our speakers and your peers.
The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. Deloitte follows CDC guidelines while also ensuring adherence to state and local laws related to COVID-19.
