Agentic commerce is shifting retail from linear funnels to AI-orchestrated journeys—where autonomous and semi-autonomous agents help customers discover, evaluate, buy, and manage products across channels. In this Innovation Breakfast panel, we’ll discuss how agent-driven experiences can reshape how demand is created, influenced, and converted across the retail growth engine.
We’ll also dig into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how brands and retailers can show up credibly when customers (and their agents) rely on AI-generated recommendations by improving product knowledge, content structure, offers, and trust signals. Panelists will share strategy choices, practical use cases, and measurable outcomes that matter today, and what’s next as agents become a new part of the interface for commerce.
